They are just the best.Their Customer service has no equal and their software is perfect. I have been with them for over a year now. I use SSB for my e-bay listings.This is how it should be. Anthony Sunflower Oct 14, 2011 Been using SSB for over a year now and am very pleased. Customer service is the best, they answer all questions rapidly. Easy to use, although I have had a few problems updating and unfortunately had to start from scratch a few times because there were no instructions to follow, but after emailing received the correct information. That is the only downside that I can see.
