Endicia Integrates Shipping Solution with Amazon

Sellers who use Endicia to manage their online postage tasks for their ecommerce orders can now more easily and quickly manage their Amazon orders. On Thursday, Endicia announced it has added Amazon integration to its shipping software’s capabilities.

Before the integration, sellers had to manually copy and paste address information from their Amazon profile to their Endicia shipping platform to create a label. They would then need to copy and paste tracking data from Endicia’s platform back into their Amazon account to ensure they met Amazon’s tracking requirements.

Sellers can now automatically sync their Endicia account to their Amazon store so that they receive orders in real-time, or they can opt to manually sync their accounts to import orders.

Another benefit of integration is label customization, not available through Amazon, allowing sellers to create a professional look and promote their brands.

Endicia added integration with eBay last year. Integration with Amazon was much requested by sellers, according to Endicia General Manager and co-founder Amine Khechfe. “Ultimately this integration gives sellers greater visibility of the orders coming in from their eBay or Amazon stores while making it easy to fulfill them. Being able to swiftly ship orders is essential to getting an online business off the ground. As these businesses grow, they can look into more comprehensive tools for managing their online stores through one of our integrated partners.”

Endicia processed around 500 million tracked packages in 2013, compared to what it estimated was 608 million packages shipped domestically by Amazon last year. Endicia’s software is compatible with both Mac and PC. Endicia is also the only native solution of its kind available for Mac.

The new feature is available starting at $15.95/month with Endicia for Mac and Endicia Premium service plans, as well as through the Endicia Professional service plan for $34.95/month – see more information on this page. And for Amazon sellers shipping large volumes, with storefronts on multiple platforms or who need more than just USPS shipping labels, Endicia’s services are integrated into more than 200 ecommerce service providers.
