Can you reference instructions on what eBay sellers are supposed to do to implement this? Do we edit our shipping policies and find a new USPS service? Create new shipping policies? What have prob only 10 shipping policies, but they apply to many thousands of items. We received nothing from eBay on how to do any of this.

Part of this problem is pure logistics. How many transfer points, even within one state, are packages & envelopes going through? (Sometimes I think they are going in circles.) The focus has been on cost cutting without the understanding of how to move mail efficiently. Plus, the system has become over-burdened by online shopping. And special rates being given to large companies (ie Amazon and Chinese direct sales,) that don’t make enough profit to cover costs for the PO. While I appreciate “free shipping,” the cost is being made up somewhere. No such thing as “free.”
