Etsy held its annual shareholder meeting this morning. It webcast the event, but only shareholders as of the record date were allowed to attend the virtual meeting.
We checked in with Etsy Investor Relations, and a spokesperson provided us with the preliminary results of the voting.
– Gary S. Briggs, Edith W. Cooper, and Melissa Reiff have been elected to the board
– The ratification of the appointment of PWC for 2018 has been approved
– The compensation of our named executive officers has been approved on an advisory basis
