Subscription Commerce Companies to Gather at Summit

Subscription commerce is one of the fastest growing online segments. In 2017, the subscription box industry is on track to generate $40 billion in revenue. The 2nd annual Subscription Summit will host the leading entrepreneurs, subscription box founders and supply chain companies driving this growth.

Every month, thousands of subscribers discover a box full of products, curated to their specific tastes and interests, on their doorstep. From makeup to jewelry, razors and socks, dresses, gluten-free snacks, dog toys, outdoor equipment and lifestyle products for all ages and interests, there is a box for everybody.

Well over 2,500 subscription box companies have emerged during the past three years with subscription commerce growing exponentially year after year. This industry is fueled by healthy margins, product innovation and compelling customer experiences.

Close to 400 entrepreneurs and subscription box co-founders are expected to visit Austin, Texas, May 31 – June 1, 2017, for the second annual subscription box summit. Companies that participated in the 2016 summit included: Birchbox, Mizfit, FabFitFun, HelloFresh, Vinyl Me Please, PopSugar, Ampush, Asendia, Dia & Co., IZEA, My Subscription Addiction, Thrill, Incl. Evolucity Commerce, Curve and others.

“Providing attendees with the tools needed for sustainable growth and superior customer experiences is our top goal at this year’s conference,” said Paul Chambers, Summit organizer and co-founder of the Gentleman’s Box, a monthly subscription of luxury grooming, fashion and lifestyle products for the modern day gentleman. “We want to make sure that anyone who comes to the summit, will walk away with more than they invested in attending.”

Speakers already confirmed for the 2017 event include company founders and leaders from: Pley, Loot Crate, Foot Cardigan, Alex and Ani, Prize Candle, Kit Nip Box, Hello Fresh and more.

Topics include: industry best practices, cyber security, venture capital, addressing churn, leveraging data and developing partnerships to grow your business.
