So HOW LONG do I have to wait before getting my 500 Bonus tokens for filling out the eCommerce survey that BONANZA reminded me about on Feb 1, 2020 in an email???

Either getting rid of Mark and his “canned answers” or the 500 tokens give to them after the sellers take the survey got them that ranking.

I still see sellers complaining about customer service that it takes days or a week before an answer is finally received.
