Amazon, Etsy, and eBay Top Sellers Choice Awards

Online sellers who ranked online marketplaces in the 2017 Sellers Choice Awards have rated Amazon number one, followed by Etsy and eBay. This is the eighth year sellers have participated in the process.

Sellers narrowed down the finalists to 10 selling venues during the nominations process, and then rated each on four criteria: profitability, customer service, communication and ease of use.

eBay took first place for Profitability for the fourth consecutive year, and Ruby Lane took first place for Customer Service for the second consecutive year. Bonanza took first place for Communication, and Etsy took top spot for Ease of Use.

Sellers also indicated how likely they were to recommend each marketplace as a selling venue to a friend or colleague – Etsy came in first place.
