Wrong people were fired as sales and impressions continue to go down . Ad as for the past year or 2 are not working despite being heavy and the promos too. Ebay should fire someone up there in charge who can’t make sure that platform is in the peak of performance, glitch free, and that listings are not throttled, shown and competition is fair.

With the uptick in Inflation, the U.S. Federal Reserve had increased interest rates to curb consumer spending and it’s working. Many retailers, including UPS, are now downsizing.

From food maker Mondelez to tech giant Apple, a slowing consumer is being felt across the board for nearly all retailers, and eBay is no different.

This morning on CNBC, wealth manager Rob Sechan says he and his firm believes that eBay is a “buy”. He said that eBay has a healthy 70% margin with an added 2 percent dividend. He said that eBay is going nowhere and is still a good player in the retail market.

So this “Walmart dope” that everyone talks about may indeed be turning eBay around as the company now focuses on “luxury goods”.

As I’ve said now for many years…
There is no money selling to people with no money. And eBay is proof of that. Selling high end luxury is making eBay good money.
