In every issue, readers soundoff about issues important to them. From shipping issues to payment processing, from fees to online marketplace policies, EcommerceBytes Soundoff gives you a chance to air your views.

Dear Ina,
Search is broken worse than ever, but eBay says “working as expected” (link to eBay discussion thread).

Apparently the eBay tech team sees nothing wrong with pushing items that match the search term down the list to show dozens of items the buyer DIDN’T search for.
So sad.
Clark

Hi Ina,
Is there any way we could run a poll to find out how many members on EcommerceBytes have been blacklisted from the eBay Community? Permanently I guess, because sometimes when you post a link to the boards, I get the dreaded red page. hahaha. I forget and then have to go back in not signed in to find the information.
E.

Ina,
OK…what’s with this “promoted listings” column that just showed up on my listings page? I HATE IT!!!
Ron
