eBay to Crackdown on Medicine and Healthcare Products in UK

eBay is cracking down on Medicine and Healthcare products in the UK.

Business sellers in the UK are required to register with the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and must display the EU common logo by including the link to the MHRA register approval page on each listing offering medicines.

eBay announced last week it that it will prohibit sellers who are out of compliance with the policy from selling medicines on its marketplace.

The new enforcement will go into effect on January 21, 2019.

See eBay UK announcement for details.
