Mercari has up to 3 pounds for $7.99 via Fedex Smartpost from the east coast to anywhere in the country, that’s cheaper than up to 2 pounds via anything eBay offers to TRS+ sellers. Oh, and they don’t charge a FVF on shipping or tax.
