eBay Runs Back-to-School-Shopping Promotion for Sellers

eBay is targeting sellers with a free-listing promotion as part of a back-to-school promotion. In order to boost the number of student-related fixed-price goods, eBay is giving invited sellers the opportunity to list up to 15,000 listings for free.

The promotion runs from August 4 – 8 and includes 3-, 5-, 7-, 10-, and 30-day listing listings. It is not transferable.

Sellers who are invited to participate will have received an email and/or a message in My eBay (don’t assume you will receive an email). Invited sellers must activate the promotion by selecting “Activate offer” in the invitation email or on the promotion landing page.

Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards are eligible. All existing selling limits as well as category and item limits apply and may exclude and prevent sellers from creating the maximum number of listings in the promotion.

All other fees apply, see eBay website for details and restrictions.
