eBay Bucks Promo Pushes Mobile App Use

eBay Bucks

eBay BuckseBay is pushing its mobile app with the latest eBay Bucks loyalty promotion that kicked off today. The invitation-only promotion offers sellers 8% in eBay Bucks on every qualifying item.

The promotion also encourages members to shop on their mobile devices and could help eBay answer the question, is shopping on its mobile app worth a 2% savings? It’s offering 10% in eBay Bucks on every qualifying item when buying within the latest version of the eBay Mobile App.

The promotion kicked off September 18, 2018, and ends at 11:59PM PT on September 20, 2018.

But not all members of the eBay Bucks loyalty program can participate – eBay writes, “Only invited, registered eBay Bucks participants who receive the promotional offer from eBay in My Messages are eligible. Sorry, no forwarding – the offer is not transferable.”

There’s no minimum purchase required, but rewards are capped at $100 per transaction and $500 per Earn Period. Excluded categories include the following: Classifieds; Business & Industrial, but only for Heavy Equipment within that category; Real Estate; Gift Cards & Coupons, including eBay Gift Cards, Gift Cards, and Digital Gifts within that category; Bullion within the Coins & Paper category; and all categories in Motors, except Parts & Accessories.

Be sure to read the promotion terms for details and restrictions.
