I collect taxes for my state regardless of where the person buys is from..just like of they came to my state physically theyd pay ourcyaxes.

The supreme court is wrong on this and NO ONE should be happy..EVERYONE should fight this.

If not..if i travel to another state..ill DEMAND that business collect tsx for my state not theirs.

Also since its the cry baby retail group..i refuse to buy anything from a brick and mortar store.

I may also ban sales to any state that enacts a law to collect taxes from out of state businesses.

If those states were feeling they are missing out on online taxes..they shpuld be forcing thrit businesses in their state to collect tax.

This MUST be over turned..even if it means war between states.

As Canadian sellers living along the Canada/US border and driving into the US to post USPS for US Buyers (the majority of our customers) we are frustrated to no end that eBay.com does not allow for tax to be automatically calculated for our sales to Canadians. Tax is mandatory for Canadian buyers yet eBay won’t let us specify this when using eBay.com (a universal domain).

Etsy, Rubylane, our own website and all other platforms account for this specificity of law.

Currently, with eBay.coms advice, we post a supplementary PayPal Invoice for tax. The thing is PayPal charges us for this invoice… therefore we have to pay a flat rate per purchase for money going to our government for our commonwealth.

Does anyone else have this issue or know of any solutions?
